FLUIDTECH expo is a biennial trade fair, the first edition will take place from 28 to 30 September 2027 at the Vicenza Expo Centre, Via dell’Oreficeria 16, 36100 Vicenza (VI).

FLUIDTECH expo is a highly specialised B2B event dedicated to professionals working in the field of pumps, valve systems and fluid processing technologies.

Yes, the Vicenza Expo Centre is fully equipped to accommodate visitors and exhibitors with disabilities: it features barrier-free entrances and suitably adapted toilets. For any requests for assistance, please contact the Visitors’ Help Desk at helpdesk.vi@iegexpo.it.

Yes. Although FLUIDTECH is a B2B event, it is open to anyone interested in attending.

Small dogs on a lead and wearing a muzzle are permitted. No other animals are permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.

The list of exhibitors will be available on the FLUIDTECH website in the months leading up to the event. The final floor plan will be distributed free of charge from the first day of the fair at the entrances and information points. The conference program can be viewed in the dedicated section of the website. Alternatively, all the information will be available on the official app.

Yes, the free IEG.FREEWIFI network is available throughout the exhibition centre. You can log in by registering via a social media account or by entering your first name, surname and email address.

Yes, there are info points near the main entrances at the exhibition centre. Staff are on hand to provide directions, maps and assistance throughout the event.

Yes, FLUIDTECH is available on the official IEG app and allows you to: carry your ticket with you, browse the exhibitor catalogue and the digital map of the exhibition centre, view the conference programme, and manage B2B appointments and networking activities.

To exhibit at FLUIDTECH, you can either fill in the quote request form or contact the sales team directly. The team is on hand to provide all the information you need regarding costs, how to apply and bespoke exhibition solutions.

The deadlines for registration, submission of documents and payment terms will be communicated directly by the IEG sales department upon confirmation of participation. 

The dates and times for stand set-up and dismantling are communicated to exhibitors by the IEG organising office. The Vicenza exhibition centre offers a full range of technical services, including electrical connections, internet access, catering services and bespoke stand fit-outs through approved suppliers.
